Proverbs 13:9-11 – The light of the righteous shines brightly,
but the lamp of the wicked is snuffed out. Where there is strife,
there is pride, but wisdom is found in those who take advice.
Dishonest money dwindles away, but whoever gathers money little by

Application:
- · The godly have all the guidance and protection they need and are able to lead others to righteousness.
- · Those who trust in their own devices to get what they want rather than trusting in God to sustain them are warned.
- · Many proverbs praise diligence and the profit it brings, and they condemn laziness as a cause of hunger and poverty.
