Lifted Up

John 12:32,41 – And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.”… Isaiah said this because he saw Jesus’ glory and spoke about him.

John 6:44 – “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day.

Application:

• ·         Christ will draw people to Himself, without regard for nationality, ethnic affiliation or status.
• ·         People do not come to Christ strictly on their own initiative; the Father draws them.
• ·         This is the cross and this is glory, for the cross, resurrection and exaltation portray both suffering and healing, rejection and triumph, humiliation and glory.
