Romans 3:9-13 - What then? Are we Jews any better off? No, not at all. For we have already charged that all, both Jews and Greeks, are under sin, as it is written: “None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands; no one seeks for God. Psalm 14:1 - The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds, there is none who does good.
Ecclesiastes 7:20 - Surely there is not a righteous man on earth who does good and never sins.
Psalm 5:9 - For there is no truth in their mouth; their inmost self is destruction; their throat is an open grave; they flatter with their tongue.
Application:
· Mankind in general is corrupt.
· There is not a righteous man on earth who does what is right and never sins
· Only in God’s courtroom can a person experience redress for those who maliciously wield the tongue.
