2 Corinthians 4:1 - Therefore, since through God’s mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart.

2 Corinthians 3:6 - He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant—not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
Application:
· Has God, through His mercy, called and commissioned me? Has God supplied the strength necessary for me to persevere in the face of hardships and persecution?
· Do I clothe myself with Christ?
· I am provided with love for God’s law, which I previously had hated, and with the power to keep it, which previously I had not possessed.
