Chose

Ephesians 1:4-6,11-12 - For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will—to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves…In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory.

Leviticus 11:44 - I am the LORD your God; consecrate yourselves and be holy, because I am holy. Do not make yourselves unclean by any creature that moves about on the ground.

Ephesians 4:15-16 - Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

Romans 8:29 - For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.

Romans 9:18,22 - Therefore God has mercy on whom he wants to have mercy, and he hardens whom he wants to harden…What if God, choosing to show his wrath and make his power known, bore with great patience the objects of his wrath—prepared for destruction?

Colossians 3:12 - Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Application:

· God chose me and predestined me!!!
· Have I dedicated myself fully to Him?
· I am predestined so Christ can hold the highest honor in the family of God!!!
· God's patience toward me is to allow me to repent!!!
· I must put forth every effort to live the godly life!!!
